I'm a product designer who has spent a career on the hard problems. From checkout systems used thousands of times a day, operational platforms entire businesses run on, to service ecosystems that span kiosks, kitchens, and more.

My path here wasn't linear: industrial design degree, consumer hardware, a startup, then enterprise at scale. Each chapter taught me that design is the same discipline everywhere; understand deeply, align honestly, and craft relentlessly.
